Pretty much just as illustrated in my previous post - though without the 
additional closure.
However, as Martin has said, the function signature is likely to change.

Sounds interesting - looking forward to learning more! Perhaps an early 
prototype[1]?

Perhaps we should put copyright and license information at the top of 
every module? At the very least, we probably need a README in the core's 
root directory.

Note that hotlinking[2] is generally considered bad form and should thus 
be avoided.
