FYI, I've started working on a few TiddlyWeb plugins recently:

differ has been created in response to a request from Jon (though we all
want this anyway).
It's not quite complete yet, but we'll keep working on it.
proxy should make it possible to import tiddlers from a remote
TiddlyWiki document (circumventing same-origin policy restrictions).
Ideally, we'd add a simple plugin like the following so users don't have
to worry about the proxy URL:
http://tiddlywiki.bidix.info/#LoadRemoteFileThroughProxy
(In fact, that plugin should just work, so no need to reinvent the wheel.)
