I think this would be very useful.

I'm planning to help Dickon with his psychiatry manual project, which
will involve there being "template" sets of tiddlers that are enhanced
by local teams. I imagine that it will be useful for these templates
to be made up from different bags. As such, it would make it a lot
easier to maintain recipes that derive from the templates if the
template recipe could be put in as the first line.
