yeah... it's something like that.. I didn't try mediawiki, but at the
wikicreole.org page they point how you can configure it!

with moinmoin the plugin is already loaded, you just need to write at the
begining of the page that you want to use creole syntax.

well.. when your wikis are using the plugin, you can use the same syntax
with then, and copy and paste from one wiki engine to the other one without
need to rewrite anything.
