Hi -- Are there are persons who offer small development services that would allow me to take the TW features and integrate it with a PDF (on a flash drive) so some one can read a PDF and take notes in the window area to the right?
I am not a developer, but have a client who is interested in this type of technology offering for their research papers on flash drive.
