I want the ratings display outside of the tiddlers area. In the original
context, the ratings display area (#sum) slides down thanks to jQuery
.slideDown() - it is not exposed when the TW loads, rather it is hidden with
jQuery.hide()

Do you think it is anything to do with the transcluded srcript? I've tried
other scripts and they seem to work ok, so I am wondering if it is something
specific to tiddler RatingSummary
