For anyone interested I have built an iPad app to allow local save TiddlyWiki's. It also provides TiddlyWeb access so that you can download TiddlyWikis directly from TiddlyWeb installations. Any early release will go live as soon as I get it through the Apple approvals process. I've also built a rudimentary FAQ here: http://groups.google.com/group/twipad/web/faq.
