Referring to the discussion summary [1] and the statement that;
"avoidance of running malicious or faulty code when including a
space...[snip]...it must be possible to include a space in "content
only mode", that is only including content and not including plugins
(tiddlers tagged "systemConfig" ), ..."

Is it possible for an (innocent) user to 'automagically' find out
which specific plugins are missing/needed to run the content code? Is
it hypothetically possible to code something that tells which
(previously included) plugins that are specifically missing?
