something which concerns me is including someone else's space and then putting myself at risk of someone being able to override the shadow tiddlers, plugins and icons so I've created a "system" space which you may include after including a space to reapply the default tiddlers
I reckon that all we need is a way to modify the order of inclusions in a space's recipes - which eventually will be necessary anyway. The respective plugin/UI could then have special handling for the core bags (system, tiddlyspace).
Currently, it seems to me that turning the core bags into spaces would actually add complexity rather than reducing it.
