@Mario:

FYI: I've also encountered problems when I've done a TS- "Export" to
create a local file, modified its content, and then tried to "Import".

Since I'm a bit short of time just now I decided not to focus on this
and, instead, wait for a while to see if it gets resolved before I
really need it.

For the moment, I'm quite satisfied that I can use the Export
capability to at least make a local copy and that I can manage this
MicroContent within my local environment(s). In fact, it's become
possible for me to view this "problem" as a bit of an opportunity to
extend my emerging view of TiddlyWiki files and TiddlySpace namespaces
as specific MicroContexts. In that view, tiddlers can be dynamically
loaded and saved and used in many different repositories, each of
which has its own advanatages (and, inevitably) short-comings).

If you wish, I'd be happy to try to recreate and document the problems
I've encountered. I'd even be happy to expand on my MicroContext
views a bit more.

Thanks for your work in TiddlySpace. Its become an integral part of
my work flow, almost to the same extent as Eric's incredible
collection of TiddlyTools!
