It's worth noting that the conversion from .tiddler to .tid files
introduces some issues with cook, notably adding blank lines to
SiteSubtitle exposed a styling issue in Firefox.
To prove the build process we briefly experimented with a
canonicalisation of TiddlyWiki and diff'ing with the current
tiddlywiki.com file:
