I have started the process. The new site for the core code is:

Some notes:
* I've only moved the core code.
* I'm not moving tickets. I believe we decided we would do that in a
more manual process. If people believe that automating it ought to be
done there are tools for that[1]. That referenced tool can migrate the
CSV export for a trac ticket report
* I've tested this in a limited fashion so far (by cooking up some
tiddlywikis).
