Which version of TiddlyWiki are you using and which version of Chrome?
The netscape undefined problem is rather strange however, as this
exception should be captured. Could you also let us know what plugins
you are using - and even share the TiddlyWiki if possible?

There are however currently various issues [1],[2] with TiddlyWiki
functions that make use of ajax requests to urls due to a suspected
tightening of security in browsers, Chrome included. This is currently
causing lots of problems with the import and upgrade functions.

[2] https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/tiddlywiki/issues/47

It's most annoying but we're working to resolve these.

In the meantime it might be worth trying another browser e.g. Firefox
version < 5 or even dare I say Internet Explorer if possible to see if
you can import via them!

Good luck!
