Thanks, I'll return here when I consider this.

As for the CSS, the syntax is way too bulky, especially for nested
lists (one in another). This are two examples of tested CSS (I removed
the content since it is in Russain anyway):

: {{LInote_{
  ...}}}
: {{LInote_{
  ...}}}
: {{LIq_{
  ...?
: {{LInote_{
    ...}}}
}}}

{{LI notes{ {{LInote{
  ...
}}} {{LInote{
  ...
}}} {{LIq{
  ...?
  {{LInote{
    ...}}}/%
%/}}} {{LIq{
  ...?
}}} {{LIq{
  ...?
  {{LInote{
    ...}}}/%
%/}}} {{LInote{
  ...
}}} {{LInote{
    ...
  {{LInote{
    ...
  }}} {{LInote{
    ...
  }}}/%
%/}}} {{LIq{
  ...
}}} }}}

And this is just for simple sequence of notes and questions. Not just
bulky, but even not clear! Now imagine this in mobile phone. It's
impossible to use such a thing. Compare this with

* ...
* ...
*? ...?
** ...

for the first one and

* ...
* ...
*? ...?
** ...
*? ...?
*? ...?
** ...
* ...
* ...
** ...
** ...
*? ...

for the second. Easier to understand and to edit, faster to type (keep
in mind also that in Russian alphabet there are 33 letters and for "{"
or "[" one should switch the language).
