Well, as for now I can't get it work. I copied EncryptionCommandsPlugin and CryptoTEAPlugin from your repository; ViewTemplate becomes overwritten (new commands are added there), but the commands don't appear in the tiddlers' toolbars. I wonder what
} end of 'install only once' }}} out of the "pre" elements do (in the end of the EncryptionCommandsPlugin tiddler) but these shouldn't be of any concern.
