I'm working on a plugin, and I've been coding according to the
assumption that the source of a tiddler doesn't change until it's
opened for editing. However, I'm starting to be concerned that there
might be extensions out there that make that assumption unsafe. Are
there circumstances where a tiddler's source would be changed by means
other than the user choosing to edit that tiddler?
