Oh dear. I'm afraid that this is my mistake. Martin has recently documented the tiddlywiki.com build process, which I've been following to do the recent content updates. Getting everything set up is quite fiddly, but it's then pretty simple to do a release. It looks like either I made a mistake, or the instructions are wrong:
