Cook does support tiddlers in .tid format - this support was added
relatively recently though: Nov 17th, see
https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/cooker/commit/654e00d8486817299b028e6fcb75fef81d1fde74

If you have a version of cook earlier than this, you will need to
update it to build tiddlywikis with .tid format files.
