Is there any news on lazy loading of tiddlers.
The only thing that stops me from starting putting my thoughts into
TiddlyWiki is it's slowing down when dealing with a bulk of tiddlers.

So what are current server side or html (html5 or javascript, self-
sufficient) solutions ?

There's been a fair bit of work with TiddlyWeb and TiddlySpace to
come up with ways of lazily or dynamically loading tiddlers as
needed into a tiddlywiki, from a server. This doesn't quite match
your ideal case, but may be of some use.

The other thing that TiddlyWeb or other server sides can do for you
is make it easy to store lots of different tiddlers, but not always
have them in the wiki you are looking at right now. This is a large
part of why tiddlyweb has the recipe concept: you can create wikis
from different recipes, and each recipe can have their own
combination of bags which contain tiddlers. One recipe can have the
bag of tiddlers which matter _right_now_ and another can have that
bag plus all the other tiddlers.

I'd prefer some kinda sqlite portable server connected to TW but this
topic died years ago.

This is probalby more technically possible now than it was a few
years ago, but I'm not sure who, if anyone, is working on it.
