It's just some urls used in the build process, so as long as either of
the following become true, making the changes should not be a problem:

* the old paths redirect
* you publish the new paths so that the Makefiles in tiddlyspace and
  tiddlywebwiki can be updated in a timely fashion

Already deployed packages have the wiki files included with them and
don't do any dynamic acquisition, so it is only new stuff where an
issue might arrive.
