Yes, console app. Some programs can change the order of lists, I don't
know. What I meant, though, was that I found out the hard way that when you
click and drag on a list you are still clicking, and so whichever one you
click down on to start dragging will be put on the top of the list. Try it
in Windows Media Player dragging audio into the playlist. Besides that I
don't think there is any specific order.

One more thing, as I mentioned, the template has to be empty.
