YouTube's page layout and TiddlyWiki's "editor mode" are both rendered
using pre-determined fixed-height elements.  In contrast, the display
of "view mode" tiddler content can be as long as you want, and can
scroll for many screens.  Placing the tags after the text would mean
that, in many cases, the tags would not be visible unless you scroll
down.  Placing the tags at the top-right ensures that they are appear
in a consistent location that is visible immediately upon viewing the
tiddler (along with the other "vital stats", such as title, author,
and creation/modification dates).

Also, due to TiddlyWiki's highly-customizable nature, it is relatively
simple to modify the tiddler layout (see [[ViewTemplate]]) so that the
"tagged" display is below the tiddler.  You can also adjust the CSS
for the ".tagged" class (see [[StyleSheetLayout]]) so that the
individual tag values are shown horizontally.
