Hi Erlend

Apologies for the late reply. I've added the missing tiddler that describes
how to generate readme.md files for GitHub, and publishing to GitHub pages:

http://five.tiddlywiki.com/static/Using%2520TiddlyWiki%2520for%2520GitHub%2520Pages%2520project%2520documentation.html

It sounds like you're interested in using TiddlyWiki5 to publish to a
GitHub Wiki, which is definitely an interesting idea. It seems that one can
access the wiki of a repo as a repo by using the same git URI with ".wiki"
appended to it. So, one ought to be able to use the same technique that
bld.sh uses to generate the /static folder to generate a bunch of *.md
files. I'm not clear on the link format that Gollum uses, but hopefully it
does the right thing with <a> tags.

Best wishes

Jeremy
