Ok, however, these topics seem rather independent, perhaps complementary...

1) open tw5 based on paramifier configuration — the simplest being a 
permalink

2) update the browser location / address bar as you navigate within tw5 
after it started — essentially removing some of the need to actually use a 
permalink / permaview button
