yes, that's a problem.
I don't have a solution for this problem, since I don't use tiddler titles
as headings. My tiddlers have a uniqe name, that I never change. Every
tiddler has a heading inside, if needed. So I can change the headings,
without breaking my tagging. My NewTiddler would allways look like
<<tiddler one>>/%
%/<<tiddler two>>
or
<<list filter [tag[thisStory]] template:myTemplate>>
Where the above just creates "teaser" list with "some content" and the user
would need to open tiddler one and tiddler two, to get the whole content.
