That's right. That's why the ajax version reads a configurable "ini file" 
that contains this info. I'm using it for developing and testing plugins. 

Since I'm using ubuntu, spinning up a "TiddlyWeb at home" server is a 
matter of seconds. The problem atm is, that I don't know a convenient way 
for windows users, since there seems to be too much overhead :/
