Well, the documentation largely gets better through a process of people
like you asking questions and helping me to see where the holes are.
There's already too much there for me to review on my own as frequently as
I'd like, so I'm utterly reliant on peoples feedback to help me improve
things.

The module-type field is as simple as it looks: a string that identifies
the type of a module (which is equivalent to an old systemConfig tiddler).
There are module-types for widgets, parsers, etc., -- all the different
types of modules that make up TW5.

There is indeed a bug in the control panel that's showing the wrong
descriptions for the module types, I'll fix that shortly.
