Hi Leslie Do you mean you wish to change where tiddlers appear when you navigate to them by following a link, or to change the position of new tiddlers created with the "+" button in the sidebar?
There's currently no option to control where newly opened tiddlers are placed in the story. You can, though, use the tools tab in the sidebar to switch to "zoomin" view, in which only a single tiddler is shown at once, which can be simpler to deal with in some situations.
