There is no tag shown for that tiddler.
When you click "Edit" you'll see that there actually is a tag ("this is a
tag with blanks").
If you cancel the edit, the tag is gone which you can proof by clicking
"Edit" again.
If you add that tag to another tiddler (e.g. test 1), it will be shown.
This will work until you save and reload. From that point on the behaviour
will be like that of the "blahdeeda" tiddler's tag.
