Hi Yoann

I would prefer to use rather the old "section" or slice or parts (a chapter

Adding support for sections properly is more than just a widget. The
existing text reference mechanism would need extending to handle sections.
It's easy enough to allow for read-only access to sections, and a bit
harder to provide writable access.

But as discussed on other threads, I'm not keen on section support. I'd
rather focus efforts on facilities for combining microcontent tiddlers than
for accessing portions of megatiddlers.

But fields is my last choice.

I'd be interested to understand why?

I would like something like in old TW (whatever the new syntax is)

Do you mean section access?

Again, I'm not sure if you're referring to section handling?

Best wishes
