You are absolutely right. That was a problem for me too. Having to deal 
with different sytems, that do "the same stuff" in different ways. ... But 
google was my friend here. ... and other communities also have nice folks 
on several IRC channels. ... So I got some "real time help" there :)

I'm not sure, what you mean here. But I think since we store a lot of 
valuable stuff in TW, we have to be sure that it works. We want to use a 
trusted system ... And with backends you don't know well, we just don't 
trust them enough to deal with our data :)
