I think that the best approach is for you to generally keep packaging your
new filters as independent plugins. We'll slowly pull things into the core
as we get feedback that they're suitable.

(Once you're up and running with GitHub we can consider setting up your
plugins to be distributed from tiddlywiki.com, too).
