I've deployed today's master to tank and updated the docs a bit to
include a bit about tw5:

While doing this it occurred to me that the trick I'm using to get
themes, plugins, default tiddlers and titles to work in TWC might be
a useful reference for TW5. It's a horrible hack (basically it reboots
the wiki after loading stuff) but in case it is of any use:

It borrows from a similar but less aggressive thing that Jon Robson
did in one of the many lazy loading experiments for TiddlyWiki on
TiddlySpace.
