Hi Dave Glad you've got it running. To answer your questions:
* Adding wikifolder support to TiddlyDesktop is probably 2-4 months off; possibly after TW5 comes out of beta * As you noticed, TiddlyWiki doesn't sync changes when you modify tiddler files directly in the file system.
