I did encounter a second "confimation issue" some time ago. ... If you edit a tiddler and hit the "Cancel" button, because it is to close to the "Done" button. It just closes the tiddler and saves :/ I did need to write half of the content again. ... The advantage was, that the new version was better than the old one.
