Hi everyone,
I noticed that stylesheets have a line at the top that starts with a
backslash and "rules". How does this work and when is it used? Is it for
themes? Or does the stylesheet tag also use it? It kind of renders funny
when I try to use it on a custom non-theme stylesheet.
