Not only on the node edition but in the normal one.

It is possible to use many pure JavaScript Node.js libraries in the
browser, but it isn't possible to use Node.js libraries that include native
code.

To use any library with TiddlyWiki it has to be wrapped up into a tiddler
module; the TW5 repo shows some examples with highlight.js, markdown.js,
and jasmine.
