The current vagrant setup is designed to contribute to the tiddlywiki 
project. 

At the moment you have to create a difficult / inconvenient directory 
structure, to create your own _independent_ edition  _and_ have a nice dev 
workflow. 
At the moment the dev workflow is only ok, if you hack TW itself.

There is a new feature issue #531 "Support environment variables for 
locating plugins, themes and editions" 
(https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/issues/531), that will make 
creating independent stuff much easier, because you can have several git 
repos.

So I think we should push the feature #531. Otherwise we create a hack, 
that causes a lot of trouble and wastes a lot of time.
