The error message you are seeing comes from the firefox plugin, no from 
tiddlywiki itself. - this error may be due to the file privileges that are 
set for this file, or the file is being edited by another application  
(this is part of your operating system, not tiddlywiki) - try looking at 
your tiddlywiki file via your file browser and have a look at the file 
permissions -what system are you using? (windows or mac or ....)
