I am using TiddlyDesktop under Windows. I was adding highlight.js to my wiki. But the text did not hightlight automatically, even after I saved. I did the same under Firefox and I saw it does apply but only after I refresh. Unfortunately there is no refresh functionality (shortcut) under TiddlyDesktop. Can you please, add it?
