Converting content to tiddler format would have to be managed by a TW tool,
but the idea of having ifttt rules like "when I get email at myname.tw@gmail,
add it to my wiki", "when I get a fitbit report, add it to my wiki", "when
I add a tiddler tagged with 'photo', post it to Instagram", etc -- that
would be pretty cool.
