Anyway ... I hacked up a new sync adapter based on the existing filesystemadaptor.js that handles hierarchical titles and stores tiddlers accordingly into subfolders. Also understands the $:/ system branch and maps it to its "system" folder. Finally, draft tiddlers get stored flat inside their own hidden ".drafts" folder.
