They are certainly very similar. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but if the $set widget does get modified like you suggest it looks like could serve the same function. And yours is definitely a more flexible tool.
That being said my goal is to create a set of domain specific functions that can be grouped together into plugins for specific tasks, like a financial math plugin that has functions for computing interest or exchange rates or a set of basic arithmetic functions that could be used to make interactive text books etc. I am probably going about this the wrong way by focusing on specifics first, but I am using this to teach myself javascript so I am not too worried about that. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWikiDev" group.
