Tiddlyclip reads it configuration from the dom.

Tiddlyclip is a firefox extension that allows uses to embed web content
into their tiddlywikis. Firefox extensions can directly access the dom of
web pages - when a user selects to use tiddlyclip with a tiddlywiki,
tiddlyclip reads configurations tiddlers from the dom of that tiddlywiki.

this is correct, if you change the tiddlyclip config tiddlers then you must
reload your tiddlywiki for tiddlyclip to pick them up .
