That's not possible.
Imagine, just putting...

One line possibly resulting in x other lines in the preview.
The same could happen the other way around putting the following in your
wiki markup...

...yielding one line:
three lines
...with margins and paddings or whichever styles you apply.
!Very Small In Markup
Very Big When Rendered
