I'm not sure that pasteboard has any file upload capabilities beyond those used by TiddlyWiki. It is still subject to the restriction of not being able to access the file path of uploaded files. I think the same goes for TW. The only limitation I'm aware of is that pasting only works in Chrome. Apps like pasteboard frequently implement a hack to get pasting working in other browsers, but I avoid such polyfills in the core. Best wishes Jeremy.
