I gave up a while ago and will be using computer #2 as the workaround.
With Tobias's help between this thread and another I was able to accomplish 
what I needed too.

I will scan my computer for virus's just in case.
Oh and I also removed my TiddlyClip add on just in case, didn't help.

I use this computer for Audio and Video editing so it is highly specialized 
and might have something that causes this issue.

So here is a weird question how would you debug the drag and drop error?
Is there a debug tool for that?
Could I add a JSON add on(is there such a thing)?
