I just noticed I asked this here a while back. You can't 'export' the data but if you know where your data is you can switch it over. You can convert the files from embedded to _canonical_uri's. I was able to reduce the file size from 16mb all the way down to just under 3mb. Thanks again Tobias and BJ for your help on this.
