Yes, that's how they're built up. The *$:/tags/ViewTemplate* tiddler, for example, contains nothing but a linear *list* field. > And an area such as "BelowTiddlerTitle" could be CSS-refined with right/center/middle etc. In essence, that seems to be the same thing as setting a tiddler's *list-after* field to *$:/core/ui/ViewTemplate/title*. The 2D layout is determined by the CSS of each part of the linear list.
