I really like the look and feature set of TagSpaces, but the non-cloud aspect keeps me from using it. I switch between multiple devices and being online and offline, so I need something that is cloud-based. That's one of the primary reasons I am using TiddlyWiki - I can take it offline and resync to a master server. But yes, TagSpaces is a really slick piece of software with impressive features and good execution. I'm definitely looking at it for my own future ideal note-taking and organization software.
